TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (\"Terms\") govern the services provided by Bitchin Lawns LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or making payment, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

Bitchin Lawns LLC provides lawn care, gravel driveway repair, grading, brush cutting, snow removal, and related property maintenance services.

Scope of work will be outlined in your estimate or service agreement. Any additional work requested may result in additional charges.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was originally disclosed.
Hidden debris, underground obstacles, excessive mud, or unsafe conditions may require revised pricing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment via card, ACH, or other approved electronic methods.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Customer agrees to keep a valid payment method on file when required.

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services and collection action if necessary.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule scheduled services.
Weather delays may require rescheduling at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe or hazardous conditions.

5. Property Access

Customer agrees to:

Provide clear access to service areas.
Remove obstacles, vehicles, pet waste, and personal property.
Secure pets prior to service.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked sprinkler heads, invisible dog fences, buried wires, or concealed items.

6. Liability Limitations

Bitchin Lawns LLC is fully insured. However:

We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage.
We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed hazards.
Skid steer and heavy equipment work may cause ground disturbance consistent with the nature of the work.

7. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive:

Service notifications
Appointment reminders
Billing communications
Marketing communications (unless you opt out)

Message and data rates may apply.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
